5 people have been rescued, 2 have lost their lives after a part of an under construction building collapses in Noida. Factory was into manufacturing of solar panels. Four plumbers were workin on the site. Action will be taken against those responsible for the accident: Suhas Lalinakere Yathiraj, District Magistrate Gautam Buddh Nagar
